The Screening for Peripheral Artery Disease at Modern Vascular is very simple:
We bring you into the office and we do an evaluation of your medical history, evaluate the current medications you are taking, do a physical examination, take off your socks and shoes, look at your feet, evaluate your pulses, and usually perform an ultrasound evaluation to look in real-time at the velocity and quality of your blood flow.
