Dr. Samuel G. Putnam III, M.D., is a dual board-certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist with 20 years of specialty expertise in peripheral artery disease, fibroid disease, and all facets of interventional oncology. The recipient of academic and military honors, Dr. Putnam has presented nationally, taught radiology residents, authored publications in peer-reviewed journals, and engaged in clinical research.

Trisha Weymers, FNP
Trisha B. Weymers, FNP-C, earned her A.S. degree in nursing at Community College of Beaver County in 2005 and her B.S. degree in nursing at Clarion University in 2007. She was a Magna Cum Laude graduate and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. Her background is 15 years of ICU and Interventional Radiology nursing. She earned her M.S.N. degree in nursing at the University of Memphis in 2020 and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
