Dr. Martinez attended Texas A&M University and received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed residency training in general surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and performed a vascular fellowship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Memphis.
