Modern Vascular Supports Red Sock Day for PAD Awareness

Los Angeles, February 14, 2022 / The Third Saturday of February has been designated as "Red Sock Day" by TheWayToMyHeart.org, a PAD patient advocacy group from California. February 19th, 2022 will be the official first annual "Red Sock Day" where people are encouraged to wear red socks to promote awareness of peripheral artery disease. Modern Vascular is leading the list in the number of socks ordered - over 300 for their employees nationwide.

San Antonio, September 28, 2021 / Dr. Jeffrey Martinez, the managing physician for Modern Vascular San Antonio, is interviewed on WAOI NBC News Channel 4 San Antonio for their San Antonio Living Segment. He speaks to Rebecca Sanchez about Peripheral Artery Disease for PAD Awareness Month. The prevalence of PAD in the population is about 10 - 15% and as the population gets close to 70 it can get up to 20%. It is important to get PAD treated to prevent any complications.
